Hurtle&Co. Stage 03
143 Halifax Street Adelaide
Stage 03 marked the halfway point for the Hurtle&Co. project. Located in the south-eastern quadrant of Hurtle Square, the building features fifty-one apartments – making it the largest Hurtle&Co. project – with a mix of one, two, and three bedrooms, as well as two sub-penthouses with eastern views to the Adelaide Hills, and one luxury penthouse with absolute park frontage and western views all the way to the coast.
Located on the ground floor is the first commercial lot in the Hurtle&Co. series, currently occupied by A Prayer for the Wild at Heart - the sibling restaurant to the multi-award winning My Kingdom for a Horse. The restaurant is an amenity for the residents and neighbourhood, providing the perfect place to immerse yourself within the park and community. This is the only café/restaurant on the square.
The building also features a large scale mural of Freddie Mercury on the southern façade, painted by mural artist Lisa King.
